  • Overview

    We are seeking a Training Analyst to assist in the development and deployment of the trainings that employees will need to successfully transition to using a new system. Prior training development and deployment experience on technology adoption projects for large transportation and/or federal projects is a key requirement.


    • Facilitate instructor-led training activities to stakeholders
    • Support training communications on the status of training with key stakeholders
    • Support execution against the Training Strategy and identify gaps in design, development and delivery
    • Collaborate with other team members across multiple work streams, including BPA, Testing, PMO, Functional and Technical, as needed to inform deliverables
    • Interact with clients on a daily basis and deploy strong communication skills


    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
    • 5+ years Federal government experience
    • 5+ Human capital experience, including 2+ years on technology adoption projects
    • Strong facilitation and client management skills
    • Previous facilitation experience a must
    • Instructional Design experience required
    • Knowledge of large-scale IT deployments 
    • High tolerance for ambiguity, fluidity, and change 
    • Ability to identify risks, assess challenges, and recommend solutions 
    • Ability to multi-task, remain flexible, and work quickly under pressure
    • Ability to build relationships with a range of government and contractor contacts 
    • Mastery of core Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Power Point, and Excel
    • Understanding of Salesforce, Hybris, Adobe Experience Manger, and/or MuleSoft a plus
    • Strong organizational and time management skills 
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Strong written and verbal communications and listening skills
