    We are seeking a Change Management Analyst to join our team! The objective of this position is to work with one of our high profile federal client’s leadership team in order to formulate a knowledge management strategy. The analyst applies comprehensive knowledge of organizational, team, and individual knowledge management across key tasks and high impact projects. The analyst leads assessment and planning of business processes, change management strategies, change management plans, and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. The analyst will assess client change management needs; develops and executes organizational change management strategies and activities to support and enable successful implementation of business transformation programs and organizational and technology initiatives. The analyst utilizes best practice organizational change management techniques to gain consensus and support for and roll out new processes and technology.


    • Assess "as-is" and "to-be" environment
    • Formulate a transition plan for capture and transfer of knowledge
    • Develop strategy and framework for sustainability
    • Conduct stakeholder interviews
    • Analyze business processes
    • Develop a project management plan and provide monthly status reports
    • Formulate recommendations including benefits, costs, and risks
    • Produce a final report


    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Experience working with a federal agency
    • 6-8 years of experience of functional consulting experience
    • Demonstrated experience knowledge management, change management, strategic planning, and business process analysis
    • Proven ability to assess organizational readiness for change and resistance to change
    • Experience with conducting interviews and facilitating workshops
    • Experience leading a team
    • Excellent communication and analytical skills
    • Commitment to customer satisfaction
    • Background in emergency preparedness and response is preferred
