We are seeking a Change Management Analyst to join our team! The objective of this position is to work with one of our high profile federal client’s leadership team in order to formulate a knowledge management strategy. The analyst applies comprehensive knowledge of organizational, team, and individual knowledge management across key tasks and high impact projects. The analyst leads assessment and planning of business processes, change management strategies, change management plans, and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. The analyst will assess client change management needs; develops and executes organizational change management strategies and activities to support and enable successful implementation of business transformation programs and organizational and technology initiatives. The analyst utilizes best practice organizational change management techniques to gain consensus and support for and roll out new processes and technology.
