  • Overview

    Seeking a Business Process Analyst to assist in the development and capture of future-state processes. The Business Process Alignment workstream is responsible for supporting the realignment of critical business processes affected by the organization’s transformation of its customer experience-related IT platforms. Business process experience on IT implementation projects and mastery of the Microsoft Office suite are key position requirements.


    • Use information from documentation and client conversations in order to quickly develop an understanding of current-state business processes that will be changing as a result of new IT implementation
    • Support client discussions about current and future-state business processes through note-taking, material creation, and facilitation support
    • Quickly distill information from documentation and client conversations in order to comprehensively capture future-state processes in Microsoft Visio (or comparable tool) in a user-friendly manner
    • Support other BPA team deliverables as required
    • Collaborate with team members across multiple work streams, including OCM, Testing, PMO and Technical
    • Interact with clients on a regular basis and deploy strong communication skills


    • 2+ years Federal government experience
    • 2+ years on business process experience on IT implementation projects
    • Knowledge of large-scale IT deployments
    • Mastery of core Microsoft Office products, particularly Visio, Power Point, Excel, Word, and Project
    • Experience working with technical developers and functional requirements teams to collaboratively develop understanding of critical processes
    • Experience successfully interacting with system users, and clients in both technical and business parts of the organization
    • High tolerance for ambiguity, fluidity, and change
    • Ability to identify risks, assess challenges, and recommend solutions
    • Ability to multi-task, remain flexible, and work quickly under pressure
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Strong written and verbal communications and listening skills
    • Knowledge of the following is strongly preferred: Webservices; Hybris ;Mulesoft, Salesforce, Agile, JIRA
